Conditions of access and purchase

5. Orders

No valid order can be placed without expressly accepting, through the boxes provided for this purpose, the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Dr. Alejandro Segarra.

Dr. Alejandro Segarra reserves the right to accept them if they do not meet the requirements set forth therein. 6.Delivery

Delivery shall be deemed to have occurred at the time the user or a third party indicated by the user acquires material possession of the products. The delivery time for the order will vary according to the selected shipping method and will be indicated on the website once the order confirmation is obtained, but in any case will not exceed 30 days from the date of the order confirmation. 7. Price and payment

It is understood that the price of each product is the one that will appear on the website at the time of placing each order or according to the particular agreement reached by the parties for a particular Order. The user must pay the marked price, including applicable taxes, together with the shipping costs, which will be added to the final price to be paid.

Balearic Islands: 8.70€.
Gran Canarias and Tenerife: 13.55€.

Prices may be modified by Dr.Alejandro Segarra at any time and without prior notice without affecting orders already confirmed. However, even if confirmed, Dr.Alejandro Segarra will not be obliged to fulfill orders when the price is incorrect, especially when the error is manifest and easily recognizable.

The accepted means of payment are:

8. Returns, repairs

The product is in the same condition in which it was delivered, it must keep its original packaging and labeling.
The return is made using the same packaging with which the delivery was made or, failing that, with a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.

In the case of returns for defective products covered by the warranty or causes attributable to Dr.Alejandro Segarra, the return service will be free of charge. In such case, Dr.Alejandro Segarra will refund the product and the corresponding shipping costs; partial returns and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds.
